If you do walk most of the time, either the Players 5 or even the new Players 4+ would be the lightest. I have the new Players 4 and it is even lighter but you might not like the limited amount of pockets. I don't carry a lot of stuff so it works great for me.

Thanks Dale. I'm a bigger guy so the extra weight doesn't bother me much. My old png Hoofer 2 that I'm replacing is 5.6 lbs and I've always thought that was light. I've looked at the Players 4 bag in the store and it was just too small for my liking. I like having the extra pockets for storage. Thanks again for the advice.

I have Hybrid 5, seems perfect for both but as said by Dale there are lighter bags available.

Ricky, thanks for the advice. How do you like the straps on the Hybrid 5? I looked at them in the store and the straps seem kind of hard and rough. I didn't load up the bag and carry it around the store but from looks and feel the straps didn't seem like they would be comfortable. That's one reason that I'm still looking at the Staff Stand bag. It's heavier but straps look like they have better padding. Plus the looks of the staff bag is just awesome. Any more advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I looked at the staff bag but decided against it due to the divider layouts. Whilst I agree the straps don't look the best, I've had no comfort issues with it once I set the lengths up. That being said, it's only March here in UK so rounds have been minimal so far. The bag is designed to sit well on trolleys too if you prefer to push sometimes like I do. I really like the pocket layout on the Hybrid 5 and have plenty space for everything. It also stands upright very well. I went for the red/white/black colourway so that it retains the staff look.

I have a Players 5 bag and really like it. I've always been used to one carry strap so I removed the one I didn't need.

Update: I ended up going with the Staff Stand bag. Thanks for all the comments and advice!
