We were playing in the Country Club of Sioux Falls Member Guest Invitational. With the shotgun start, hole 17 was our 4th hole of the day. I hit a 5 hybrid from 179 yards and watched the ball roll into the hole like a putt. I'm not proud to say it, but I lost my marbles. When I regained my senses, my club was on the back of the Tee Box, my (Titleist) hat was on the front of the Tee Box and I was shaking like a leaf. I could barely get the ball on the tee on the next hole. And, not only was it my first hole in one, and I'm 55 years old, but there was a nice cash prize since it was during tournament play. What an unbelievable feeling. Thanks, Titleist!
