I am 70 and have played for many years. I have been in a 4-some when a hole in one was made several times, but had never had one of my own! …. Until today!! Was playing Poland Spring resort in Poland Maine. The 8th hole is an uphill par 3 about 140 yards. You can’t see the green just the top of the flag. I hit a nice 7 iron and saw the ball bounce once toward the flag. When my 4-some got to the green, we found 3 balls short of the green. Mine was not one of them and there was no ball on the green! I thought I must have gone long a started walking toward the back of the green. As I passed the hole I looked in and found my ball! I turned to my partners and said you are not going to believe this!!
