Tuesday June 12, 2024....a day I will never forget! I was on the 14th hole of the Windham NH Country Club during my women's league. The hole was deemed "closest to the pin" for the night. It was 137 yards away so I decided to use my Titleist driver to get it as close as I could. I watched my ball go straight towards the hole, then I heard it! png....hit the pin. I didn't realize it had dropped in until I ran up to it and saw the ball in the hole. I started jumping up and down and screaming. A feeling and sound I will never forget!!! And yes....I bought the bar a round of drinks. Where did that tradition even come from??? Seem like it should be the opposite...LOL I am still smiling from ear to ear two days later.
