After an unintentional 2 year long hiatus from golf, I managed to get out to the driving range on Saturday. I wasn’t planning on golfing, but after an hour of practice it felt like riding a bike. I hit the course and my wedges were hitting so pure, but the rest of my game was not. I was playing solo and nobody saw me hit a single shot until the 9th and last hole, where I finally caught up to a 4-some. 127 yard par 3 surrounded by water is typically my nightmare. I hit a beautiful shot but couldn’t see the ball land on the green. I cautiously walked up and recorded shakily when there wasn’t a ball on the green. I walked right up to the hole, and the ball was right there. I stood stunned for a few seconds before it hit me and started celebrating. Luckily the solo behind me watched me hit and was able to verify my first hole in one ever! What a feeling! If you see this, thanks Richard!
