Is this guy on fire or what?  With a first place and two runner up finishes the last three weeks, he has to be a solid pick for the Master's.  His putter is rolling everything in the hole.  Cannot wait to see how Titleist represents this week.  My pick, Jordan Spieth!

The kid is definitely good. Been following him closely since his first win at the John Deere Classic. I definitely expect him to contend this week, but I rarely try to pick a winner. There's too many guys on tour that I'd like to see win each week to pick just one, but I'll be cheering him on for sure.

Big fan...HUGE fan...Love His game, honest and true. I really like the fact His swing is not manufactured. There is hope for all of us that have a less than perfect swing. All the best to Him in the future. I believe He can be one of the all time greats as long as He stays away from the body sculpting and most of the "Golf Groupies" out there looking for arm time (wallet time too).

    Go get 'em KID !!!

I don't think he has it in him to win the Masters quite yet. His attitude seems to be somewhat poor after the minor mis-cues on the course. I'd like to see him express a bit more confidence before putting him at the top at Augusta.

Great attitude from start to finish and every time he had a miscue on the course he came right back with a birdie.  He set a record for most birdies in a Masters event.  Some great golf by Jordan and his low key confidence level carried him a long way this week.  Congratulations to our latest Master's champion, at the top of his game and tying the lowest score ever at the Masters.

It's great to see Jordan playing so well. What a terrific human being and a great attitude. Playing with the best equipment, seeing that Titleist name again and again on top of the leaderboards.

Chuck I was thinking the same thing.  No disrespect to Blake but I have never seen him with a bad attitude on the course.  He seems to always smile even when he doesn't play his finest.  I absolutely loved it when he gave Rose the thumbs up on Rose's incredible chip shot when, even at that moment, Rose still had a chance to come back and challenge Spieth.

I got to follow Spieth at the Waste Management Open and he was such a class act.  So happy that he obliterated the Masters Tournament and broke records while he did it.

What do you think now?   The kids has put it all together, Held under pressure and ran away from everyone. including the records.

I think the proximity to the hole stat will be huge this week. I hope Jordan gets some early GIR's that result in some confidence building. Dropping putts wont hurt either.

I really love this kid..  21 years old and shoots a 64 w/ a bogey in the first round at the Masters!  Sick!  I truly believe this kid has a very bright future..  My only hope is that he doesn't pull a RM and goes for the money.  Titleist is a perfect fit for him..  He'll get plenty of money from other endorsements..

    My 2 cents...

They actually asked him if he was going to jump ship in an article I read awhile back. His comment was something along the lines of  things 'working out for him just they way they are'. Even in his press conferences he's seems very humble and centered. I'd be shocked to see him show up in technicolor pants with some lame logo on flashy clubs anytime soon.

RIDICULOUS!  Needs to keep it clear between his ears and looks set to add a green jacket to his closet.

Jordan is such a great representative for the Titleist brand.  Great player, and a class act, even at 21.

Huge week for what seems to be a great guy! Not the longest in the world, but he makes it up in smarts, short game and putting. Definitely going to be pulling for him for a long time.

it's been 2 days since the masters and i'm still reading every article and watching every interview/presser of jordan.  he's mature way beyond his 21 years.  he's an old soul.  he's honest and has reverence for the history of the game of golf.  he knows who's preceded him and has provided the pathway to the stage he's at now.  he is humble and is thankful.  look up his award speech at the masters.  he thanks, not only the members of angc, but thanks food and beverage.  he's a tour player which gives him certain leeway at angc in terms of using the correct phrases.  but he still took reverence in all that is the masters - he thanked not the crowd, but the patrons who paid for their tickets, and talked about the echos around the hallowed grounds.

i think, by now, we all know the story about his sister and as a successful tour player, he could easily dismiss that from the public eye and keep that relationship private.  but jordan embraces that and brings her struggles to the forefront.  there's a certain level of transparency with him that is very refreshing in this day and age of the professional athlete.

jordan knows what's right.  i'm sure you all have heard the story - after he hugged his family behind the 18th green, his father told him to go back out on the green and thank the patrons.  jordan could have shrugged that off as somewhat foolish or stupid, but chose to do so out of respect and did so in a genuine manner - because it was the right thing to do.  he could have easily pulled out of harbor town this week because of exhaustion or some other excuse, but is honoring his commitment to the tournament since they gave him a sponsor's exemption a few years back.

my hope is that when my son is old enough, i want to take him to a tournament someday and to meet jordan.  i want him to shake hands with jordan and greet him as mr. spieth.  and i want to tell my kid stories about the honesty and sportsmanship that jack and arnie exemplified and how jordan embodies those qualities.

hopefully, jordan has started a new era back to the bygone days where a golfer is not revered by the number of logos on his/her clothes or bag, but by the character they exude.  (and hopefully titleist does everything not to lose his endorsement).  sorry for the long rambling...just some thoughts on a tuesday afternoon.
