    I’m a big fan of hitting a driving iron when we have long thick rough and I’m going to assume that the tour staff does too. My question is how many of the new U Series Irons do you think we will see at the U S Open?

    Maybe a few, but I think it will highly depend on playing conditions and whether they want a higher/softer landing ball flight vs low, cut the wind type flight.

    It wouldn't surprise to see a couple in use but more likely at Royal Portrush.

    It all depends on the weather and firmness of the fairways.
