    What is the largest weight by gram that can be placed in the sole of these fantastic pieces of art?

    Love lead tape but nice heavy weights look and play better!!!

    I've been thinking the same thing....adding some heavier weights to the putter. You are right, it is a very, very good putter. Hope you are doing well Dr. K!

    I have some lead tape on the sole at the moment...I'll most likely go to the Gallery soon and replace with some heavier weights. The Phantom X 5.5 is one of my all-time favorites!!! PURE Ball Rolling Machine!!!

    For sure...so glad Scotty Cameron made the 5.5. I liked the head design of the 5 but I didn't like how the shaft connected with the head. With the 5.5, I was sold.

    @Dr K I think the 40gr weights can fit but call the studio store and ask them for sure if they will
