Hope this is okay to post in this section, I couldn't see any other similar threads to jump in on.

I had a Scotty Cameron putter fitting today and I was blown away at how good the entire range felt at impact, both the phantom and studio select lines were lovely. This will be my first Scotty (after years of oogling them) so I can't provide much feedback or comparisons compared to previous models but I was pleasantly surprised by the full range. Not least that I walked away with a new putter which I never thought I would even entertain using, but now the happy new owner of a beautiful Catalina.

Typically I have never performed well with blade putters and struggle with impact face angle inconsistencies. Recent putters of mine include Lab Link 1, Spider Tour X, Oddyssey #9, Cleveland HB. After years of struggling I told myself to stop buying trends and buy something that looks good, feels good and then learn to use that and stick with it. And that my friends, is how I met the Catalina.

I dare say the love affair with the art of putting will continue but I hope to treasure the Catalina for a long time.
