zipper replacement?

    Hello, I am new to Titleist's team. I have a question regarding my Titleist (forgot the serial #) stand bag's zippers. 4 of the zippers are going bad i.e. not staying zipped shut and/or getting stuck while zipping/unzipping. This seems like no big deal but I recently lost a brand new sleeve of ProV1s due to the damn zipper breaking open. Does anyone know if Titleist will replace the zippers for free or a nominal charge? What about shipping or can I take it to my nearest retailer and have them fix this annoying as hell problem? Any info would be appreciated guys- thank you

    Welcome to the team and thanks for the post. Sorry to hear about the zippers on your bag. Your best bet is to contact your local authorized retailer where you purchased the item and they will be able to help set up a warranty claim.     Benjamin, this is not a golf bag...this is a trophy!  I understand.  I had this issue after several years with a staff bag. I had the repair done at a shoe shop that also repaired luggage, etc. Look in your Yellow Pages or computer under "Luggage Repair"! Good luck!
