    Here in Florida it's almost always year round golf so I'll practice keeping a positive attitude on the way to the golf course and block out any negative vibes or visions. Each new day is an opportunity for better things to happen.

  15. The drill will involve a deck of cards. I will use my launch monitor and garage net to establish an accurate average distance per club. This average will act as a minimum requirement per strike. Any time I hit a shot shorter than the minimum, I draw a card. That equates to 65 chances to draw a card (13 clubs, 5 strikes each). However, I typically average one or two cards per club.
    Hearts= push ups
    Spades= squats
    Diamonds= pull ups
    Clubs= planks
    (You can assign any 4 excercises you choose and you can remove lower value cards which might not give a challenging number of reps).
    Once you get through 5 shots with each club, organize your cards by suit. Then work through all associated excercises... 8 of hearts= 8 push ups / 10 of spades= 10 squats.
    Jack=11 reps
    Queen=12 reps
    King= 13 reps
    Ace= 14 reps
    Adjust excercises, club counts, and strikes per club to tweak this workout to suit your ability. A good way to keep the holliday weight off, and good incentive to focus on your swing. Pain retains!
