    Can one of the Staff members tell me why my profile changes randomly. I have had it at 100% several times and when I check it, it randomly loses information like my Country, one of the clubs in my bag changes, and others as well. If having your profile at 100% is one of the determining factors for prototype testing and it changes by itself, how do you ever get selected?

    Hey 19 hole, I've had the same problem. I usually check weekly. And every so often, my profile drops to 85% for no reason. Couldn't tell you why.

    19hole,

    Out of curiosity, is this recent? I noticed on my account when I added the TS3 driver it was knocking me to 90% and taking the country out, too. I went and changed back to my old model driver/wood and it’s back to 100% again.

    If you recently did the same thing, there might be a glitch on TT’s end.
