Any of Tom Coyne's books are fantastic.

John Feinstein has written a few golf based books.

I just started Michael Bamberger's "The Green Road Home, interesting thus far.

These are my rerun books..

“Better Than I Found It”. Good read from Coach Mike McGraw with insight into college golf coaching and applications to general leadership and team building.

Enjoy traveling vicariously through Michael Bamberger's "To the Linksland" and witnessing Mark Frost's "The Match" at Cypress Point.

Tom Coyne's - "A Course Called Ireland" and John Feinstein's - "Caddy for Life" (this one is special for me as my Mom passed away from ALS a few years ago).

I'm reading "A course called Ireland" now and it's fantastic!

When you're done with Ireland, pick up "A Course Called Scotland"-another terrific odyssey and a bit "deeper".

And, keeping on the Tom Coyne subject, his "Paper Tiger" is a great read as well.

I've not read many. Most I have in golf had been instructional. But a friend let me borrow his book from Mark Frost's "The Match". I now own a copy and I also have it in audible. I recommend it to anyone who loves golf.

Down the Fairway: a good read about one of the greats-Bobby Jones

Also enjoyed Brandel Chamblee Anatomy of Greatness-interesting concept of what makes a golfer great

Every year I have some books from my youth i go over to prepare for the season. "Play better Golf" Jack Nicklaus paper backs- 3 volumes

Most of the Dan Jenkins books since I grew up in Fort Worth. Very funny man. If you get the opportunity his daughter, Sally Jenkins a writer for the Washington Post, wrote an article on him a day or so ago. Check it out. Just finished the book on Prairie Dunes. "Perry Maxwell's Prairie Dunes". One of my favorite courses.

There are a lot of great books out there for instruction and the mental game. A couple of my favorites outside those categories are The Match and Ian Poulter's book, both are great reads and give a lot of perspective on the game.

Golf in the Kingdom by Michael Murphy

For what it's worth, I don't know of a better golf book than Ben Hogan's 5 Lessons: The Modern Fundamentals of Golf. I've read through this probably 20 times now... great as a reference too or refresher at the beginning of a new season.

Anything by Michael Bamberger. Tom Coyne, James Dodson and John Feinstein. Loved every book they all wrote.

Bob Rotella's books are really good for the mental game. And Harvey Penick's Little Red book for its homespun wisdom

One of my favorites "Getting up and Down " by Tom Watson. I bought it in the eighties while I was in high school. Still read it every winter.

Who’s Your Caddy.

I like the autobiographys, love hearing stories inside the ropes and behind the scenes, Golf Monthly is a great read also

"The Pro" by Butch Harmon or "Every Shot I Take" by Davis Love III

Both books I have read multiple times and love them more each time I read them!
