  1. A lot of times I feel stiff when I go out on the course and it takes a few holes to warm up. What do you all do whether it be stretches (the day of or throughout the week) or techniques that give you a more fluid swing where you don’t feel as stiff?

    You gotta be mobile! Basic stretches or yoga or exercising daily can go a long way. There are lots of videos an articles available on the TPI website! As we get older, we get a little less active and a little less flexible. Gotta make an effort to stay active.
  3. Yea my issue isn’t being active, I do PT at least twice a day. So it has to be some type of yoga. But I am asking more specifically on techniques you use

    I keep an Orange Whip in the bag. I will even use it at the turn. Being 65, I stiffen up pretty quick. It is no substitute for regular stretching and exercise, but it sure does help before and during a round.
  5. Something as simple as 2 sets of 20 star jumps should be enough to be lose and free swinging (1 hour to 10 min before tee off)
