The gear only available in the US?

Of course.... I do wish Titleist could explain to their loyal TT customers here in the UK and elsewhere why we appear to be regarded differently from our friends in the US. The company were happy to take £1000 + from me a few months ago after a Titleist Thursday fitting but now …..Perhaps there is legitimate reason for this, a simple explanation would help take away yet another bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately the products sold through the U.S. site are only available to ship within the U.S. based on our current infrastructure. The last thing we want to do is create a bad experience for our wider audience and we're constantly exploring ways to make these drops available to TT members outside of the U.S.. I completely understand this is a frustrating answer but we promise to get this right in the near future.

I don't think they have ever quite gotten over that "tea" thing. :0 Seriously, there have been numerous posts explaining the shipping and the other export rules on contests and why these are only local. There have also been offers and giveaways unique to our Canadian and UK colleagues where we in the USA are not participating. I certainly would understand why a UK-based company who's majority of local customers would get local benefits over a smaller global base so i often wonder why there is so much grief when these things are done. I for one appreciate all that gets done, both here in the USA and when and where possible in the other global regions.

Hi Allan, thanks for your speedy reply. I just fail to understand why, (Im no buisness man), why Titleist products, clubs, bags, balls as well as FJ products are redilly available here in the UK but for some unknown reason a shipment of “other” products can not be sent over to this side of the Atlantic with the products mentioned before, Id like to think someone at a major WORLDWIDE company like yourselves could have found a soloution by now. Perhaps send a shipment to St ives and let Luke do his stuff lol.

Dale, the “Tea” thing made me smile. As I have said above Titleist are a Worldwide concern, as Im sure you would agree, we would never hope to achieve the user numbers you have in the US but we are just as loyal to the brand as you guys are. I too am very grateful to have the chance to attend various competition days through TT, (never happened so far), but as a customer I sometimes feel short changed almost like if you are outside the US you are of lesser concern to the company.

It has never gone down well among us that some sell TT products on Ebay, but Im afraid that will continue as it appears to be the only market place open to us in the UK.

Well that’s my rant over for today, if nothing else I now know 11am EST is 4pm here in Scotland lol.

Don't think I'll be picking anything up today as I'm saving up for new clubs but I do LOVE the headcover, would be embarrassed to put it on my 713 though haha.

I hope to see little trinkets next time like yardage books or ball markers.

I have been asking for a Team Titleist visor forever...THANK YOU TITLEIST! Just picked up the headcover and visor.

Man, wanted Headcover. Opened email. Clicked on link, page opened to display just header and footer. No content, this was on Chrome. I had to open IE and paste the link for me to see the items. Clicked on the Headcover to see, "Sorry, this item is no longer available." .

Great stuff, love the balls and the headcover, but the hats just don't fit guys like me with large domes!!! The only Titleist hat I've found that fits is the Titleist 2018 Tour Sport Mesh Trend Hat, which I found through on online golf shop (name with held, just google that hat) which sells it in XL/XXL. It fits beautifully and I love it so I bought one of every color they had. Titleist, can you provide some TT fitted Titleist hats in XL/XXL in the future, love gaming your gear but my head is just too big!

I believe headcovers are gone but you should still be able to see items. Have you tried and alternative browsers?

Yes only available in one color - WHITE

I am so glad the hat's are back in stock! I have a hat on the way and I have been putting the TT logo on my ball for a while, so I went ahead and ordered 2 more dozen. Thanks Titleist!

Hi Allan, the gear looks great. I was logged in at the release time of the link and have been unable to see any of the product for sale and no way to see any of it. Can you advise to this? The hat looks great and was hoping to snag one.

I had the same issue, I was using Chrome as default. I opened IE and paste the link. It worked.
