Our daughter's family lives in Cary, NC and they always drive down to spend the holidays with us here in Miami. They'll usually go off for a few days to the Keys or the Bahamas and we get to keep the 3 grandkids while they're gone.

So, I sort of already know what we'll get.

A good consistant driver swing ........................irons, wedges and short game okay. Driver comes and goes when its on its on but just cant keep it there.

I'm very taken with a new StaDry large cart bag in grey & black...
I've got the original black & white model but the putter well was partially bound in material and it's rubbed off.
Tried repairing it but it isn't very good.
Probably means I'll buy the new one for myself after Christmas!!

In the past I would probably wish to get fully fitted for Titleist clubs, from driver to the putter.
Now all I Wish for is health.
Health for my daughter, actually stepdaughter, but I have been helping to raise her since she was 11, so she is my as much as my kid as my own son, now at 24 she is expecting her first child, I am so happy and can't wait to welcome that little one.
Health for my wife, so she can keep up with my shenanigans.
Health for my son, so he can grow to be a fantastic human being.

Health for my recently repaired back, so I can walk every step side by side as my first grandkid learn to walk, and maybe I will be able to one day just like with my son, take them to enjoy the wonders of golf.

My Christmas present is my annual trip to Bandon. It will be a few week before the holiday but that works out better for all of us. Everyone back home for the holidays and I can look at pictures and remember shots (good and bad) while drinking eggnog and watching football.

Some new Irons! My current and first set ever was released in 2003! They introduced me to the game of golf but it’s time for an upgrade!

I'm hoping for new irons and a new gap wedge.

I guess I don't have to hope for new golf gear this year since I decided to buy it myself... I'm going for and iron and wedge fitting this coming monday. I am a little sad though because I would normally go to Manchester Lane ( closed this time of year ), however, I have two early spring trips which I want to have my new clubs for.

I guess I have simple taste- would be content with a gray Titleist cap for myself! Reading the Christmas story from the Bible and watching my sons open their gifts is most special to me!

I took care of my gift this year, a trip to Kiawah for the Golf or Gourmet special. The weather can be a little dicey in January, but for 2 rounds at the Ocean Course, you can't beat it!

I asked Santa (and my wife just in case) for a scotty cameron pullover...blk friday may lead to a ts2 driver depending on promos and trade values

Hoping to put my first Scotty in my bag. Fingers crossed!

My wife and I just got back from Bermuda. That was, as we called it, my Birthday, our Anniversary, and our Christmas present. No golf but did pick up a couple of Peter Max at an art auction, one mixed media and one original acrylic on canvas. We are collectors. Will probably get a new FJ shirt and wind shirt from Santa. Just got new wedge and T300s this year. Waiting on any other purchases until I go to the PGA show in Orlando the end of January 2020. Love art as much as golf.... going on a invitation only all expenses paid, VIP art auction to the Mexican Caribbean January 4th, on the Celebrity Edge......

Hoping the procedure on my back corrects the pain and I can get back to playing golf again would be awesome. Have not played since the first week of November. Dr says I should be able to return December 5th. If the pain is still there, have to go back, MRI and will go another direction. Probably surgery. This is not fun. Have a lot of plans in 2020.

Continued good health so I can continue to enjoy this wonderful game.
