    TT Gang,

I got fit at TPI in Oct 2021 into the TSi2 driver, 3 wood, and 7 wood. I am considering getting fit again at TPI to see if the TSR models are any better for me.

For those that made that switch, was it worth it? Did you see enough improvement between the two to justify the switch? I have heard that there is a bigger difference between the TSi and TSR series than there may have been between other model years.

    Thanks for the feedback!

After making the switch, I'm happy with my decision. We were able to achieve a tighter dispersion. I didn't gain a lot of distance and if I did, it would have been a plus. My goal was to eliminate one side of the course with my misses and the TSR is doing that for me.

Lots of factors will determine how much better your results will be. There are a small percentage of people that report minimal differences and others see dramatic differences. Mostly depends on how well your previous fitting locked you into your best possible match. If you're fitting left room for improvement and you have physically changed your body/swing/aging issues, you might see a significant improvement. You and you alone will have to determine if that possibility is worth your investment in this fitting. Best of luck whichever way you go.

I have a TSi3 that I bought, off the rack, last year, no fitting. Changing the Sure Fit settings helped me dial it in a bit, but I got fit and the fitter recommended a TSR2, 9°, Tensei Blue 55 Stiff, and Sure Fit for +.75 and fade bias, and it has really helped with my accuracy and consistency off the tee. I also ended up getting fitted for T200s and I’m loving them too.
  5. I didn't buy a tsi last year but i got fitted for a tsi2. Then late last year, i bought the TSR3 and it was worlds apart.

BUT having said that, I got the 3, not the 2 AND a different Shaft and loft so my opinion now that I write it, isn't worth too much haha sorry

I made the switch from TS and not the TSi. I saw a 9mph increase in my ball speed which was huge! You may or may not see big gains between TSi and TSR. I would say it’s at least worth it to go see what sort of adjustments they can make to see if you can maximize any numbers and justify making the switch.
