    Today I had the perfect day! Whilst on a business trip I visited the Titleist offices in St Ive's and had the pleasure of a personal tour of the whole facility by Luke - the whole experience was fantastic and Luke was top class (messy desk thou Luke) The ball customisation area, club assembly, warehouse was very impressive. We discussed the construction of shoes and the model of the new Pro SL made it clear how much thought goes into the design process. All the staff were excellent and I had a good chat with the club repairer. After the tour by Luke (swag bag full) I then went to the National Fitting centre and had a fitting with Paul Thomson - I tried the concept irons. After a few dodgy swings and Paul's adjustments the numbers improved so much - these guys really understand the whole process. I will be going back for a fine tune after working on a few technical issues.... So the only problem is now all I can think about are those damn sexy clubs and how the joint account statement can be doctored

    For us TT members these experiences are second to none and so I give a massive Thank you to Luke and Titleist for my day. No wonder we love the brand eh?

    Did you arrange this with Luke? Or did you just rock up and take a chance on getting a tour?

    Will definitely try and pay a visit on our annual trip to Cornwall, Luke would be great to make contact and arrange a visit this summer

    Hi there Luke. Was in the area a few weeks back and popped into the fitting studio and the pro shop at the club. Had a few putts with the Phantom X putters, hence I now have one in the bag. Lol.

    Wish I had of thought to message.

    I had a fitting last Friday with paul for wedges and to check shafts. Well worth it!

    I am going back soon to sort my long irons so will have to drop a line and get in!

    Sounds like an awesome day - nice pics too. Gutted it’s a bit far and I’m unlikely to get the opportunity to visit any time soon. Should I ever get the chance I’ll definitely look to get in touch and arrange a tour.

    Sounds great James. I was lucky enough to have a tour a couple of years ago and managed to sneak onto the tour truck. Is really a great experience.

    Congrats.
    Great experience to go behind the scenes of the manufacturing side.

    Get them clubs bought and suffer the consequences later

    My 5 year old Frozen mad daughter was sitting with me while looking at this and asked where they Elsa’s...when I asked what was she looking at she pointed at the silver Christmas headcovers with the snowflakes on them!!

    Looks like you had an amazing day, definitely something I’d love to do if possible next time I visit the fitting centre.

    I totally agree about the concept irons too...got to try them st the St Ives day in September and they felt amazing
