I look forward to my experience of trying any other test products that come available. I am an experienced golfer and feel my opinion would be of great value and aid other in decision making.
I too have recently found myself needing to switch to the yellow ball due too my inability to track the ball after the land from the rollout. I am positive it will be the same results just different color. I actually played a mini tour event in NC recently and the results from tee to green were exactly the same as my prov1x. I will be retiring from the military next year and plan on making golf my full time next career.

I hope to get some Test Balls soon too before it gets too cold to really get an accurate assessment of the ball. ProV1 is my ball of choice. I'm interested to see how they could possibly make a ball that is already #1 in the World any better than it already is!
Thanks Team Titleist for the opportunity!

I have not yet gotten to use them, but i have heard they are very soft around the greens when needed.

I took these balls out Thursday and compared these to the NXT Tour S, both balls are very good but these TEST balls are HOT! When struck well they are 10 to 15 yards longer off the tee and with the irons they had a great penetrating ball flight and very stabile in the wind, also very soft around the greens and stopped on a dime! What are these?, great ball!!!!!!!

I have white with black numbers.
richbow9Huddersfield,
I got balls!
a sleeve of 3 whites with red numbers turned up yesterday. Rained off today so I'll give them a whack next week

I also received a sleeve of test golf balls. They looked like NXT Tour balls (black). I tried them out against the Pro V1x balls that I like the most. The test balls were great around the greens, good feel and easy to control. However, they seemed to be shorter off of the tee. I am wondering where I am supposed to give this feedback to. It was fun to test these out.

Received test sleeve a couple of weeks ago. No ind. what they are.
Orange #, double digit shared play with brothers and sister in law (who won't
give up the ball). Some Velocity distance with NXT feel around greens. +++

Didn't get any of the test balls sent to me but a buddy of mine let me knock one around from his sleeve. Felt a little pop off the driver but didn't really get a good feel for distance control or touch around the green. I got through 13 holes before I put it in the woods on #14!

Received mine in the post today,so my wife informs me, as I am in work I have no idea what ball they might be.
I only signed up to Team Titleist a couple of months ago, so I am really pleased to have this opportunity to trial a new ball. Hoping to try them out next week, weather permitting, and will post my feelings/results as soon as I can.

Thanks for the response. Couple of days later I ran into the guy that lost it. He showed me the other two from his sleeve. Being a good sport I returned it (reluctantly) to him. The ball was white had the same black lettering as the Pro-V1. I really loved the way I hit it for those few holes. It did however pick up a few little nicks on it. Thanks again....

I got mine in the mail, I think they are the new Velocity series. They hit long and the feel really soft around the greens.

Received mine last week and I'm absolutely gutted that I can't go out and give them a try, I was involved in an RTI and won't be swinging a club for sometime. Will still let you know when I can though

Played with one of the test balls today and really enjoyed the experience. Great and true flight, back spin on the wet greens - a first for me - but they still don't float and sometimes, they were scared of the dark. When the weather improves, I'll use the other two.
At this stage, I'd but some. i'm a 27 handicapper and to find a ball that goes straight each shot is truly a good purchase.

As a 'Scottish' tester the disadvantage was trying to get out to use the much appreciated new test balls received last month.
Finally managed first round with ball and can already feel better response on short game approaches and putting.
Will try to get game with another test user to get second opinion but overall fly well in cold air and good surface when hitting obstacles, trees on our course seem to draw ball to them.

I was lucky enough to receive a sleeve as well. I still haven't gotten the email for feedback. Anyone else still waiting on the email?

Same here Josh. I get balls every year and they never ask for my opinion, and they have my correct email address.
I got an email from the titleist guys here in the uk, asking for feedback. The link they attached took me to the page they set up on here in the Uk/Ireland section

Josh,
I received test balls over two months ago and still did not receive an email for feedback. My particular test items had no markings other than test on them. I would love to provide feedback as I have never had better short game action on any ball I ever used. No loss of distance off the tee either maybe a tad longer but not as straight but acceptable. I would game them if I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE.
Stan
I got them, but its funny. Titleist never follows up asking for an opinion!
I absolutely loved them. They were soft , Definitely their answer to cally Chromesoft, and a fantastic ball. Very long and stunning control. I love the sleeve I got.

Funny I found the test balls a of a Jeckle and Hyde, feeling very hard off the driver but lots of feel when using wedges and putting. It is difficult to judge distance off the tee in bad weather and high winds. My feeling however is that the test ball carry is slightly less than my present ball but very straight in the wind. Would I change, the jury's still out.

Just got two sleeves in the mail today ! One sleeve has only 1 small black square on each ball. The other sleeve has a small black triangle. Can't wait to tee them up tomorrow afternoon.
That's good to know! I was afraid the testing session was past for this year. I'm still looking forward to participating this go-around, and will keep an eye on the mailbox.
