I have played the optic yellow NOT Tour S since it came out.
It gives me great distance and soft feel. It is really fun to play. Great ball!!

I like these balls and I cannot feel much difference to Pro V1. Why don't the pros play NXT Tour?

Very close to the ProV in all performance characteristics - especially distance!

Just tried the new NXT Tour S yesterday. Solid feel, definitely strong distance ball, but very bad playable with irons. Ned to adjust short shots, but with a little play that should be easy. Great job with the new ball!!!!l

Played 2016 NXT Tour S optic yellow for first time yesterday. Thought cover felt softer and distance was same as previous version. Felt great rolling it on greens and flew slightly higher on hybrids / long irons.
  6. i got two balls at the PGA show. took them to a professional club fitter/builder with a launch monitor. the $30 grand model. the ball flies higher and farther and spins very well into the greens. not my opinion, the machine doesn't lie!! i played the titleist VG3 ball before. it out performed all others i have tried. untill now!! A great ball for a good price. thank you Titleist. my name is Carl, i am 70 yrs old. 9 hcp

  7. The new NXT Tour & Tour S Ball is really great for my game. At age 68, I needed to find a ball I could use to
match my swing speed. These balls do everything I want from tee to green! I'm seeing my handicap coming down. Thank you!

I won the first tournament that I used the NXT Tour in because I didn't slice it off of the tee like I did with the TM Project(a).

The NXT Tour has a feel of the ProV1. I have not tried the NXT Tour S yet. It would be nice to see the yellow ball offered for both the NXT Tour and NXT Tour S. The bright color would make it easy to see in thick rough.

MXT Tour S reminds me of the pre- Pro V days when balata still ruled and the Professional ball was introduced, similar cores with different covers. Both balls were played on tour and the Professional made news when a winning final round was shot using a single ball, unheard of. That said extra driver yards can't be bad but you've got to give something to gain something, I'll keep my Pro V1x and go.

Great off the tee. Nice spin around the greens. I like the yellow finish for the last couple of holes of the day.
  12. Titleist sent me a sleeve of the NXT-S yellow, so I tried them, and I liked them, so I bought a dozen. Here are my findings. First of all, let me say that I used to use the DT-Solos and liked them very much. My experience with the NXT-S is that they perform pretty much the same...except that I lose about 20 yds on my drives and about 5-10 yds on my irons. They are a very accurate ball though. I can hit all my fairways, and most of my greens (except for falling short with the new distance) I am 63 years old and usually shoot in the low 80's. I don't generate very much clubhead speed and often find myself using 2 irons longer than I did with the SOLO (which might be why I am trying too hard). I am thinking about getting some of the TRU-SOFT balls and see if that will help me with the distance. If not, I will definitely go back to the NXT-S. It's just an all around great ball, and 1 ball will hold up really well for about 4 rounds before you start noticing any significant wear.

I play the NXT TOUR golf ball. I do testing for Team Titleist and tested the new NXT ball. This is a great golf ball. I like it much better than the Pro V1 and Pro V1x.
Titleist has done a great job with this new ball. I play it constantly and love the consistency of the ball. Great around the greens and great off the Driver. Thanks Titleist
  14. I've been using Titleist NXT Tour S for one year, great ball for seniors and I'm 75, I get more distance and no problems with putting. Glad I switched.
  15. NXT Tour helps me concentrate on the shot at hand rather than "will this ball do what I want". Tried others, but empty my bag quickly so I can get back to NXT Tour.

I have played Pro V1's for a long time and I have switched to the NXT Tour. Im very Impressed the way it comes off the putter when rolling it. I have started to make more puts now with the NXT Tour. The Feel off the Driver and the Putter is Awesome. Thank TT

Had the pleasure of being selected as one of the "testers" for the new NXT-Tour S.
WOW, longer off the tee and softer around the green.
A great new ball, thanks for allowing me to be a part of the team!

I have always found the durability of the NXT to be extremely poor, especially compared to the Pro V1. I recently compared it to the B330RX, which has the SlipRes cover. Not even close. The bstone is a much better ball than the NXT. It is comparable to the Pro V1.

Hello out there. I have now been playing the Soft Titleist balls and for me, I love the feel of the ball when I'm on the greens when putting. Sidebar seems to find the hole more often than not. Maybe it's in my mind. I don't care it goes in the HOLE. :)
