I received the test balls the last during the last week of October. Most courses north of the Mason-dixon line seem to close November 1st. My course doesn't. So i have been able to play wifh the "test" in our cooler weather. The ball has a softer feel so the colder weather didn't affect the ball flight path or distance. I was pleasantly surprised to find my drives were straighter. For me the straighter the drive the greater the distance. I will continue to play this year with Pro V1s until the snow sticks and the skiers take over.
