    I ordered a TSi 2 10 degree w/ Tensei AV White (S) on Jan 3, stock except 45" instead of 45.5". Rep told club it would be in this week, but still not in. Titleist website still showing 14 days for custom driver lead time.

    I don't think they have a clue. I ordered T-100s AMT Black +.5 on Jan 5 thru PGA Store. Originally told a ship date of Feb 17. On Feb 24 I received an email saying new ship date Feb 22. I called PGA, they called Titleist who said they really didn't know when they would ship. Maybe end of March? Story was the heads are on a ship somewhere and can't be off loaded due to COVID. Not our fault.

    Called my pro shop for an update yesterday. Ordered 3-PW T100s with the project X LZ 6.5 at +1/2” over standard on December 8th 2020. I was told that they still do not have the shipment in and they are “confident” they will receive them next week. The timeline is looking like they will be here end of March first of April.

    I spoke with Customer Service directly on Monday this week and they said the shipment of T100s heads was due to arrive by March 11. My order was placed on December 8th and was told I would be one of the first in line. The Titleist employee gave me advice and said "the squeaky wheel gets the grease." I honestly don't even know how to react to that. My mind is blown by that comment.

    Heard back from the retailer I bought from just today and they said the T100s heads have not arrived and they have no estimated date. So earlier this week Titleist says they'll get them by March 11, today via a retailer....they have no date in mind. I'm about 2 days away from cancelling the order at this point. I'd like to play golf in 2021.

    Ordered 18th December 2020 from Manly Golf Club. Have been told they won’t arrive until March 29th, 2021. Yes that’s over 3 months for 2 x U500 irons. These are not custom fit just stock standard.

    When I ordered my very recent set of wedges, I was prepared for the wait as I had always been. It's a process to me not to wait in the last minute to acquire new wedges. There is an old school part in me to use my old wedges for regular play even though my new ones are in- most especially wedges. The sharp groves comes out on a more important days until it becomes regular in the bag then the older wedges retire. (I learned that from my teach and it works well with me.) ...and it became something I do when I get new wedges.

    Also realizing the times these days are different and that there are a lot of factors considered like many companies may only have half or even less crew working for whatever reason that may be in the guidelines or personnel health issues. I certainly wasn't in a rush.

    Nevertheless, of course, I had been excited about a new wedge set in mind. I'd be lying if I told you otherwise.

    Anyway, my wedges took 6 weeks and a day- I picked it up at the club today- which I thought was pretty good considering the current times and that I asked for the lie to be bent a little, install upgraded shafts and instruction on where to face the manufacturing labels, and also a minor grip tape instruction.

    Hey, I also realize that not everyone is in the same scenario I'm in. I just thought I'd volunteer my own experience. So far... so good with My-Titleist-Wedges! SM8 ...heck yeah!!

    TSi 15* Fitting done on 18 Feb - Order placed same day. Club arrived at Pro Shop on 2 March - so less than 2 weeks. This with non standard shaft. Pretty fast in my books!

    What have people's experiences been with left-handed clubs and delays?

    I've been dragging my feet on what to play this year and now I am down to 7 weeks before my first tournament.

    FOLLOW UP.....I ordered 620 MB on Feb 22nd, and got delivery on March 10th; nothing exotic just standard Project x shaft. Other half of order, resifting of 5 + 6 620 CB was advised likely next week. Would appear to be on Inventory / Heads / shafts on hand. I feel lucky. At time of fitting was advised 2-3 weeks.

    With snow melting and tour action picking up, March is by far one of our busiest months. Custom irons and wedges are currently tracking about 20 days. I'm sure it's a frustrating wait but rest assured we have all hands on deck playing catchup.

    I'm also stuck right now...I ordered a set of LH 620MBs through my club...order placed on 3/19 and my Club Pro who ordered them was told, "Going to be around 3-5 bus days to build then ship. Should be here in 7-10 business days." So based upon that, I sold my Pings as they should be arriving by mid to late this week.

    I was in yesterday and he said, "Bad news...Titleist updated your order on Saturday and it now says mid May." Super frustrating! He's supposed to be calling today to see what the story is and what, if anything can be done to accelerate the delivery.

    Until then, I'm sporting my old circa 1981 Wilson Staff Tour Blade FG-17's!

    Ordered a TSi Fairway Wood and Driver, both ordered from this website. Each was ordered separately, each arrived in two weeks. They were in transit for three days from California to Ohio.

    I ordered a TSi3 driver and a TSi2 3-wood on March 5th through my local GolfTec, but I wasn’t told a lead time like I was with the miz irons I ordered. Any idea what the current lead time is for custom ordered Titleist woods at the moment?

    I ordered customs TSI3 8 degree -1/2" 65g Tensei RAW White with +4g weight and TSi3 5 Wood 75g Tensei RAW white both with logo down plus a wrap under lower Tour Velvet Cord on March 7th after a fitting at Leilehua Golf Course in Hawaii. In process update to order on 3/29 via Titleist email, 3/30 shipped date. Received call from Pro Shop and picked them up on Monday 4/5/2021. Hope you received your order!

    That's interesting that custom irons are currently tracking about 20 days. I placed and order Feb 1st for T100's with and still waiting. Last update, hopefully shipping March 26th.

    I placed an order TODAY for the T100-S irons and was contacted an hour later and said it would be 12 weeks until the heads were available for production.

    does this seem excessive? do other retailers have shorter lead times? this takes us out to mid-june before heads are available. Any help would be appreciated.

    Tim, did you place an order for right handed or left handed T100s? I placed an order on March 3rd and have not heard an update.... but I'm a lefty.

    turns out the retailer had old outdated information. When i called Titleist and gavce them my PO#, they tracked it and i had my order in 6 weeks. Custom orders were defined as a standard 3-4 weeks delivery time, so i really didnt experience any long delay.

    When I spoke to Titleist directly, they told me the shafts were an issue, but the grips were the real hold up.....so i just changed the grip on the order and the shafts came in when they said they would.

    Even after i called the retailer with the new updated information directly from Titleist, they didnt believe it until they tracked it themselves and spoke to the club making department.

    Some of the info out there is old outdated info, so my advice would be to call titleist clubmaking but have your specific PO#.....thats the best way they can track YOUR order as opposed to a blanket order for an entire store

    Yikes. I'd suggest you hang on to the old set. The new line of irons will be tour seeded before you even have yours in hand. Surprised that an order placed today is still 3 months out. I'm getting close to 4 months at this point on mine.

    I called yesterday just to ask hypothetically what the lead time would be if I ordered today (3/16/21) and the rep on the phone said they would be in my hand in 4-5 weeks. Tim S orders and is told 12 weeks until they even have them for production, I was told 4-5 weeks and I'd be playing them. I know every post is allegedly reviewed before going live on this board. Is it possible for a Titleist rep to chime in here?

    I ordered a set of T200's and vokey wedges on Jan 18th. Sitting at 9 weeks now with no end in sight. What is the deal here? Initially I was told they would be in "no later then mid February" then in mid Feb it was "mid march, the 18th is the absolute latest date" now its "sometime within the next couple weeks" It is about time to get a refund and go elsewhere.

    I feel your pain. The biggest frustration is the lack of transparency or simply the giving of dates that clearly seems to be a shot in the dark. I overheard a fitter at PGA Tour Superstore the other day tell a customer that if you order custom fitted irons from TM right now you are looking at an August ship date. I know Titleist isn't alone here. I just wish there was either a more accurate date given or no date at all. I think what frustrated me most was the initial quote I was given when I ordered on December 5th was that I'd get them in about 3 weeks. Walked away feeling fine. I sit here 4 months later without an idea anymore of when I'll receive my clubs....

    I feel your pain too. Ordered T-100s on December 8th and got the initial time of the week after Christmas. Now we’re in late March without any word and a constant changing of dates. I have thought about getting a refund and going elsewhere, but I have seen a lot of other companies having the exact same issues. I’ll probably hang in there and give it some more time. Hopefully I can use them before the season ends!

    Hey, not sure if this helps (I'm a lefty) but I was told yesterday by TGW that my T100-S irons are scheduled to ship on April 10th. Modus 105 Regular shafts/ MCC Red grips. I ordered them Feb 22nd.

    whats everyone else's experience with Hybrid delivery times. I ordered my TSi2, standard stock shaft, only change was a midsize grip on 2/20 and still have not seen or heard anything. I keep asking my pro shop and they are telling me they don't have any updates. My ordered confirmation told me it would ship on 3/18, but still nothing. I have 2 other friends that ordered Hybrids the same day and both got theirs 2 weeks ago and the only difference in ours is the grip.

    Any other problems out there.

    Got word from the retailer I purchased through yesterday that they were being built and overnighted to me today. They just arrived (T100s 4-GW). My patience was tested but all is well that ends well. Time to hit some hosel-adjacent shots now.

    Fitted/Ordered T100s PW-4 (Project X 6) on 12/29/2020. Just arrived today 03/25/2021. Club contacted Titleist in Feb and and both the heads and shafts were backordered. They said to expect delivery early April, so I guess they came a bit earlier than predicted.

    Thought I’d share my experience for those interested as I too have been following this thread deciding if I wanted to pull the trigger on new irons. Long story short I decided to go for it. I ordered a set of T100S LH irons 5-PW last week with Modus 130S shafts and was told they were tracking around 4-6 weeks. To my surprise I just got notification last evening from UPS that they had shipped and were on their way.

    I ordered T300 5-W standard length 1.5° flas with Nippon Pro Modus 3 Tour 105 shaft at PGA Superstore yesterday and was told 4 weeks. I hope to get them by end of April and get fitted for TSi2 FW and HY mid-May. I will keep you posted.
