  1. I’ve recently done a club fitting at JBM Golf in Valrico, FL where I had an excellent experience. After only 9 days, I received the drop-shipped TSi2 Hybrid to my home. I’m expecting Vokey SM8 wedges and T200 Irons 4-GW as well and curious what the current expected lead times are for these sticks?

  2. Been waiting since December 5th for my T100s set. No expected ship date has been told to me. All the best to you.

Now I’m scared. Ordered combo T200 5i, T100S 6i-PW after a fitting Feb 24, 2022. Being told now June. Ordered the 4i T200 a couple weeks ago for the 2023 season I guess.

Ordered my standard T300 4-SW irons on Jan 28th and they arrived today. Can't wait to start using them.

Good to know someone got delivery.
One would think that after a year of delays they would finally have resolved their issues.
Still waiting, quoted 3-8 weeks now 14 +.
  7. Ordered March 3rd. Apparently went into production today.

I ordered the TSi2 with a stock Kurokage shaft on 3/3 from Discount Dan’s. The Shop app just notified me last evening that it had been picked up and is being delivered 3/26.

Got an update today: driver from Feb 17 will be here mid to end of April. Yikes.
  10. I ordered a tsi2 with tensei white 65 x flex on 3/26 from my fitter. I was told they have been consistently at 3 weeks. I received a call from them yesterday giving me an ETA of May 17th or just short of 8 weeks.

I ordered my T300 5-W with Pro Modus 3 Tour shafts on 3/25 and received FedEx notice today on their 4/13 arrival. That's less than 3 weeks!

I ordered a set of combo set of 620 MB/CB's from golf galaxy on 5/6 (4-7i CB / 8-PW MB). Estimated ship date said 6/6 on the email confirmation but I just received my 4-7 iron yesterday from FedEx. I am hoping the MB's will show up today since I placed the orders a few hours apart. I got fitted @ Club Champion so my lofts, lies & shafts are not standard so I was expecting a longer wait.

I wonder if the 620 MB's are a longer wait than the CB's?

    Specs: 620 iron Combo
    4-7i: 620 CB
    8-PW: 620 MB
    KBS Tour C-Taper X-Flex
    2-deg strong
    1-deg flat

Been waiting for my 4-PW set of 620mbs set since 5/12 when I ordered. No luck. Just got told MB Heads aren’t gonna be in stock until Mid July. I can’t believe it.

In that Golf Galaxy is the Titleist account that you ordered your clubs thru they will have your order number and can check with Titleist and let you know. Sounds like 6/6 is your ship date according to their email confirmation and part of the order got shipped early. You can always follow up with them as it gets closer to that date. With respect.

I ordered a set of T300s on March 26. I was originally told they would ship on May 11. That was pushed back until June 11 and I was just advised it has been pushed again until mid July. Pathetic Titleist.
I'm getting really frustrated. Hopefully I get them by them by the end of the season.

I have spoken with customer service, the Titleist reps and their accounts over the past months and they are just as frustrated as we, the consumers, are. Unfortunately, the bottom line is, it is affecting all industries, manufacturing/wholesalers/retailers. If they cannot get the products/parts into the US and continues to get put on backorder it is a an ongoing domino affect. It is a trying time for everyone and I just wish some compassion could be shown for this situation. With the pandemic people seem to have time on their hands and, strange as it may seem, they are spending money differently and orders are up. This is the second year in a row that we have not traveled outside the US. I ordered a new driver on Thursday and did even ask when it would be in, because I "understand" what is going on in the world in 2021, and realize that neither I nor Titleist can do much to ease the pain. "Kudos" for getting out what they can when they can. With respect to all.
  17. 10 weeks, 2 days and counting... on custom T300's. Patience. Wearing.

Staying off of here would probably help.
  18. Ordered T300's Apr 22. 1 deg Flat, AMT Red S300, Titleist Tour Velvet. I call titleist they say they have all components. I call my dealer Golfdom, they say they are still waiting on shafts. Really would be nice if we could order irons directly so we don't have to deal with 3rd party. They won't even give me my order number with Titleist so I can call them and check for myself. They just keep saying they are checking with their inside guy at Titleist. This aint no big govt secret, frustrating...... Inside guy...whatever....who knows when I will see my clubs
  19. I am 4 weeks in on my 3 custom sm8 black wedges, but well i wait for miz irons as well.
  20. Like many others I am experiencing a delay that is coming up on three months in a couple of days. I had placed my order for the 620MB, 3/4" long and 2 degrees upright - Project X Stiff - Tour Velvet 360 Midsize + 2 extra wraps.

Like many others here (and elsewhere) it is not necessarily being out of pocket over a thousand dollars and waiting as patiently as we can; it is the fact that nobody is reaching out to us...the consumer, across the board. We are instigating the conversations over and over with our perspective representatives through whom we placed our orders. Every time I have reached out to mine I am told that it is looking like it will be next month.

"3-4 weeks" at initial order. "Looking like they might have the heads in April.", the next month. "Yours are scheduled to be built in May." the next. "They didn't get as many heads as they thought - looking like June." last month...and as June approaches we are now hearing murmurs about July?

And all of this is only communicated when we reach out - Never have I received an unsolicited communication about delays or setbacks.

This is the crux of the discontent that I am reading about and experiencing. It is really hard to reach out and deliver bad news...like, really, really hard. I get it. Customers are going to be disappointed and the person who delivers (or in our case, does not deliver) the bad news is likely feeling empathy, fear and anxiety about delivering the news to the customers - so that part gets skipped.

The new problem is that Titleist is trying their best to fulfill orders as best they can in hopes that they delight of receiving the equipment will quell the sour taste of disappointment - and this is not reality. The addition of lack of effective communication and the use of generic platitudes (Pandemic delays, Global shortages etc..) is beginning to sow doubt in the minds of consumers that Titleist knows how to handle these situations internally.

As far as we are know, from what we are told, the Company does not know how many clubs it can make in day/week/month because it does not know how much material it can get from its suppliers. Lets compound that with the math of the number of orders that are in their system waiting to be fulfilled...so the full consumer insight into the Acushnet Corporation is that they do not have knowledge or control over their supply chain, they are unable to forecast their supply chain given a year of pandemic related disruption, and therefore cannot predict the production dates of consumer orders...and last, but not least - they are not going to issue a communication stating as much so at least we know the story behind the delays.

...And almost none of the above paragraph is true. Acushnet / Titleist have been in this game for a long time and they are by all counts, the best in the world at it. They professionals on top of professionals who know economics, supply / demand, business administration, bean counting, input -- output, cause and effect...and on and on.

Please Titleist/Acushnet/Ghost of Bobby Jones or Ben Hogan/Golf Gods/Those who still carry a 1-Iron/Chubbs wooden hand...anybody with optics into this temporary set back - give us a sign that the company is okay and cares about the loyal players who have been and will continue to be a member of the Team Titleist family.

P.S. Please make it prior to fall aerification as well. I'd like to get some rounds in on the speedy summer greens. The damp fall play is beautiful, but I like it when they are running over 10 on the stimp.

They do know what they need to complete orders and what components they have on order. Your Titleist retailer also has access to a list of component backlogs and the expected dates that they will be available. The retailer can also call their customer service rep and check on orders, this gives then the latest info that Titleist has on anything that is missing and when it may be due into the factory.

One major issue out of Titleist's control is shipping. If the Asian factory has made the components (which may or may not have happened given how the Chinese government is shutting pretty much everything down) getting shipping containers to ships and out of port has been an issue as not very much is allowed in China right now. IF the ship gets loaded and leaves port, it sees even more delays in CA as the ports are backed up and ships a moored offshore waiting for a spot at the dock.

Other delays that Titleist can't control are the sub-tier supplier, specifically shafts and grips. At one point in time recently Golf Pride lost a full container of grips overboard in the Pacific. It took months to recover form that. Shaft manufacturers have also had shortages. Most are made in Asia and are effected by the shutdowns and shipping issues.

Lastly, Titleist does not know who you are (sad but true). Your local retailer does and that is who, if anyone, should be proactively calling you with status updates. Depending on how busy they are this could be a huge time consumer. I know that I check on orders weekly if they look like they are becoming overdue. I call our customer service rep and see what they can tell me. If it is different from the last update, I let the customer know what the update is.

Patience is the word of the Year. Was at The KBS Experience last weekend and found that another OEM, FootJoy and drop maker had cargo ships that sank to the bottom of the Suez Canal! They said they had to loot (buy) local golf stores to get grip because they cant be found online and the Pros are going to get first dibs on everything to build clubs. So, were just going to have to sit back and enjoy the wait.
  23. I got fitted on April 9th and was told delivery time was three weeks. I went with the T300s. Two weeks later I foolishly sold my fifteen year old r7s.

Long story short, according to Titleist I won’t get my clubs until the end of June, best case scenario. Communication from Golftec and Titleist was nonexistent. If I hadn’t emailed my Golftec rep multiple times and demanded my order number I’d still be twittleing my thumbs seven weeks later.

I understand we’re in unprecedented times but how hard is it to send a friggin apology
    /update email?

I’m now playing with 25 year old png Eye IIs. I’m livid to say the least. This is my first and probably last time buying Titleist clubs.

Btw I ordered a custom driver from TM...came in less than a month.
  24. I do understand there multiple issues leading to delays, but do agree that the lack of communication has been very surprising. When I was fit and ordered new T-100S irons (to go along with new TSi3 driver, TSi 3-wood, hybrid and SM8 wedges) a couple of months ago, The Titleist Rep/Fitter that came out to our Club looked up the availability of each of the components (including grips) and said after receiving a shipment of the shafts 2 days before, that all was available and should have in hand 3-4 weeks max. Obviously that hasn’t happened, but the Rep has since changed to PXG and am unable to to get updates from him, so I finally called Titleist a few days ago and now they are telling me late June-early July. When I asked what the issue was, the Customer Rep told me it was the shafts. She admitted that they had the shafts when the order was placed, but apparently were short on heads. So now they have plenty of heads, but have used my shafts to fulfill a subsequent order. Trying to be patient, but with new irons coming, I am seriously about cancelling the order and see what comes out -having a a little bit of a hard time thinking of paying full boat for clubs that get discounted a month or two (assuming I get them as stated) after I get them. The lack of communication is definitely frustrating.
  25. I totally understand the frustration. I only ordered a shaft and have been waiting @5 weeks. Every time I ask my pro the status, he checks the latest email from Titleist and basically tells me nothing about when I can expect it to arrive. How hard is it to go in, pull the shaft from production and send it? Titleist has agreed to waive next day air shipping costs when it does get sent which is nice.
  26. We appreciate your continued support of Titleist and understand the frustrations currently being experienced with open orders taking longer than anticipated. Currently we are quoting 4-5 weeks from when an order is placed until when it ships from Titleist. With that said, that is if all components (head, shaft and grip) are in stock. When a component is back ordered or not in stock, we may have potential delays pushing past the initial quote unfortunately. We are also operating with confirmed purchase orders and dates given to us by our suppliers. There have been a handful of instances where these confirmed purchase orders get delayed due to production challenges from our suppliers. With these unforeseen delays and potential missed shipments, we are required to look towards the next shipment that's due in. To date, our demand is up 3 to 4 times what is normally is and our global supply chain extremely strained. Believe me, our team is trying their best to get orders in our customers hands ASAP. Our production team is working overtime every day and also coming in on the weekends to build as many clubs as possible. We are at max capacity in production as the game of golf has taken a tremendous upswing over the last year and a half through the pandemic! We are thankful to have great customers who put their faith in us and their equipment. Thank you so much for the patience as we work through these unprecedented times.

Just got a call from my fitter - my T200's are ready for pickup. They took 8 days from acceptance to delivery. I'm still waiting on my hybrid and woods that were ordered at the same time as the irons. And my wedges are now going on almost a month. Funny - of all the clubs, I think I want the wedges the most right now.
