  1. Club pros are receiving the new iron sets in my area (DC Metro).

I fitted at the same time but haven't received my new T200s yet either. I'm an ex-professional now playing as an amateur.

I have a small break in my tournament schedule and am hoping I get delivery in enough time to dial them in prior to competing in a few weeks.

    Frustrating.........
  2. I ordered directly from Titleist, so if there is a delay, will someone reach out to me?

also, if the delay is with a grip lets say.....how do we get notified of this? I will GLADLY change a grip selection if that would speed up my order

  3. Tim S, I always order my Titleist clubs with grips loose in the box and that circumvents any delays with grips. I used to have the same problem.
So, I barter away whatever grips they send with the clubs (usually standard tour velvets) and just purchase my preferred grips and install them at my club pro shop.
  4. How do we know if there is a delay or backorder with any specific component?

I should install the grips myself but I was able to call TT customer support. They let me know the grip i had chosen was in fact on backorder, so we made a grip change to stay within the 30 day order window.

I just wish CS would alert customers of any components as simple as a grip that may hold up an order.

The thing that worries me is my order still shows the original grip even though the CS rep told me the change was confirmed. They said to call in two weeks to get an update.
  6. i just called customer service and found out two components are backordered

The grip ------we just made a change

and the PX LZ 6.0 (i ordered the 5.5, but was going to make a change to the 6.0)

with the change in grip, both of my orders should hit the 30 day window they set for everyone.

This might sound like a rant but it's poor customer service /vendor management...

I ordered a combo set of 620CB/MB's May 5th 2021 (KBS C-Taper 130x Shafts) through GG with an original estimated ship date of 6/4. I received the CB irons (4-7i) in just over 3-weeks. 6/4 came and went and I had not received the rest of my irons so I called and was told that they were waiting on the shafts but they would have them the following week. I thought this was odd because I had just received my 4-7i with the same shafts they said they didn't have. The following week no clubs had arrived.

Each time I call there is some different excuse as to why I haven't received them... "The heads are delayed but will be here June 16th"... "The shafts are arriving Wed Aug 4th and will ship Monday Aug 9th. "You will have them next Wednesday."

I just called again this morning because they were "Definitely shipping Monday 8/9...will arrive no later than Wed 8/11", which obviously didn't happen so the new "ship date" is 9/15. I have been given at least 6 different ship dates with the same number of inconsistent, nonsensical excuses as to why the rest of my clubs have not been delivered.

I've been a loyal Titleist customer for years, but it looks like that's going to change. If you don't have any of the clubs or materials in stock, fine, say that. Don't come up with unrealistic ship dates that you know can't be met. I've been playing with four irons since May and it's completely ruining the experience. Not to mention a new TSi4 I purchased a 6-weeks ago broke the 3rd time hitting it (crown cracked) so I had to send that back to them... If they don't come in the next couple weeks I'm canceling my order entirely and getting some TM P7's.

I have been disappointed with an order in April that came in mid-July. If you bought them locally, try reaching out to the local Titleist rep and ask for a carefully researched answer as to what components are at issue and the current restock schedule. I know it is frustrating for the production managers as well.
In addition to GP losing millions of grips off of a container ship, Titleist has had to reject some shaft shipments when they didn’t pass inspection.
Before you jump to TM check their deliveries as well. A couple of playing buddies ordered png 425 irons that are now behind schedule and no promises yet. Pretty much if it isn’t on the floor, regardless of company a delay is likely.
  9. So my irons finally came in to the store I ordered them from… of course since then the Army moved me a few hours away… in my defense ordering at the beginning of April thinking they have until August until I move again, thought I would be able to pick them up and verify with my fitter… well I ordered my vokey wedge separately to be shipped to my house, same grip/shaft/lie etc… well it had the tour velvet standard titleist grip, in red. I ordered the MCC+4 with 1/32nd tape… they didn’t even try to wrap the bottom of the grip so it would be similar. So I called the store 2 hours away to check what grips they showed up with… sure enough not the ones I ordered… also the grips I ordered were $12 more per club. 12x8= WTF. I’m honestly disappointed in the lack of communication, as I have patiently check with my fitter ever 2 months to see what the updates were and he would call titleist to check my order. So it’s not like they couldn’t have asked about the grips or given my fitter a heads up. At a certain point COVID is not an excuse. Thankfully my fitter just received the grips I wanted from GP, so he’s going to fix them. But I hope he sends Titleist a bill for having to use those grips that were for his store

Did you hear the story about the tanker that dumped a ton of cargo units into the ocean? There were 1000's upon 1000's of grips on that container.....lost forever
  11. I checked on my order and i see conflicting info.....on the front page of ORDERS, it says the clubs are shipped, but when i go into the order details it states NOT SHIPPED......

It's not just golf clubs and the related components. Every industry in this country is having all sorts of supply problems. Also, Manpower problems in house and in transportation and delivery services.

    Titleist has manpower problems?

I work in the global logistics arena and its all depending on the geographical area around the globe.

Locally (USA Based), trucking has never been busier and certain lanes are hard to schedule, but these type of delays are only leading to a week at most.
  14. As college golfer that got fitted and only plays Titleist and always has great things to say about their clubs and brand. It’s tough because the customer service has not been great… I order a 2021 phantom 5.5 34 inch putter back on July 1. Still not here no shipment updated nothing. It’s starting to bother me as Titleist player on the length of time of shipments. Any update on when this might make it out ? Last I hear was close to November…

On Aug 19, 2021 I ordered a TSi1 driver as a result of a Titleist Thursday fitting. I received an email on Sep 20 that it was shipped to the golf shop with an arrival date of Sep 27. Just a month from order to shipping. Not too bad.

Fitted on August 21st for T200s at my local Club Champion. Told 4-6 weeks. Just got confirmation email that they are ready for pickup at my local club champion. I ordered 6-GW with LA shafts. Not sure if I want to go with a 5 iron, or a hybrid, or something else. We’ll see how the gapping is with these up to my 4 hybrid, 3 wood and driver, and then decide.
  17. Fitted on July 3 for a full bag. Received the driver and wedges in July. The irons and utility were shipped today. Delivery is expected tomorrow.
  18. I placed an order on August 19th for T200 4 - 6 / T100S 7 - PW with KBS tour stiff shafts. Had them built 1/4" long, 1* week, standard lie with golf pride velvet white 360 midsize grips. The T200's were delivered on Friday. Hopefully, the T100S's aren't far behind.
I was quoted 6 - 8 weeks which, which so far, seems to be in line with the timelines given to me.
Hopefully the T100S's aren't far behind. Has anyone else experienced the shipping of sets separately? I'm a first time titleist owner and any input would be appreciated. Looking forward to getting these in the bag!

Looks like you guys fit into the right shafts! I was just told that my T200/ T100s combo set with KBS Tours (which have fit me great for years) won't ship until late November, at the earliest. Ordered them in late July, and was told early September at ordering.

Apparently, KBS is not coming through with any product per Customer Service.

My fitter called me today to let me know my t100s nippon modus3 105 5-9 irons are in, the PW and GW haven’t arrived yet. He placed the order on September 6th after he fit me at the GC where he is a pro.

I was shocked they were in already in. I have read that the Nippon shafts were backordered until late November. I’m going to have a chance to play them yet this year. I can’t wait!!! Thanks Titleist!!
  22. It's not KBS. I ordered my KBS shafts at the same time I ordered my Titleist hybrids (Aug 11th). Got my KBS shafts in 1.5 weeks and still waiting on my hybrids. This is ridiculous.

    **Update:**

After getting an update from Titleist on 9/29 that my T200/ T100s combo set would not ship until late November due to some heads and KBS Tour shafts being backordered; I got a call yesterday from my golf shop that my clubs were in and ready for pick up. I have no idea on what the mix up was, but I'm not complaining in the least. The new clubs are stunning, and build quality was impeccable. I asked for some varying swingweights through the set, and Titleist nailed them, spot on.

To those that were told of a long wait, I guess there is still hope.......
  24. Ordered a combo of T200 and T100s on August 26th. UPS tracking has them arriving this week
  25. Found 2021 T-100s, 4i-P on the wall from a big box store. Purchased, went to practice facility with Trackman and started getting club yardage. The numbers didn't make any sense. Had lofts checked and anywhere from 2-3 deg weak. Most accurate was Pitch at 47.5 (spec is 46). Bent them to spec, emailed Titleist and was told "no chance that clubs were incorrect and I voided warranty". Had a good friend who is also a top 100 Global fitter/builder with Tour experience go thru the set. Specs and shaft weights were a mess. Ended up re-shafting with Modus 130 stiff, .5" long, D1.9 - D2 swing weight with GP MCC +4 Mid grips. Took all of less than 10 days. Did the TSi2 re-shaft with Auto Flex 505X myself. TSi2 fairway(s) are fine. TM wedges and 818H2 hybrid with SIK putter. Stock shafts are also not even close to spec, weight wise. The moral of the story - Titleist customer service called me a liar, everything is documented with pics and the person who did the actual work is a true artisan. Now I love my irons.
  26. I ordered the TSi2 hybrids Aug 11th from a club dealer. Was told the drop ship order would be 2 - 3 weeks out, then general delay. We'll, I'm heading into week 9.

This isn't a specific Titleist issue as delays have been common across many product lines (i.e. any durable good). Problem is that manufactures are having everything done overseas in order to maximize profits. Would love for manufacturers to start diversifying manufacturing locations but that's wishful thinking.

I'll note that I'm an owner of CNCPT-01s. Purchased those before COVID and they actually took a long time to get to me but not as long as I've been waiting for my hybrids. My brother recently ordered Miura clubs and he got them pretty quick (2 - 3 weeks) but these are no high production clubs and they come from Japan. I had a similar experience when I replaced my CNCPT-01s with Miura 501s earlier this year.

I was fitted and ordered custom T200's (5 - Gap Wedge) on Aug. 30th from Carl's Golfland in Michigan. They told me 5 weeks on the delivery. 5 weeks and 2 days later (Oct. 6th) they arrived. Very pleased with the experience after reading the many horror stories about delays. It might have been the right combination of options for the custom order...

After hearing so many comments about grips being issues, reached out to the club pro if that's a problem please change them to whatever is in stock to expedite. Turns out it's the heads for my T200's, they don't have a date. I appreciate that he's trying to work with the Titleist rep and the fitter to try and figure out if they can make something work.

Fit and ordered on 8/6, originally was told everything was in stock and that it would be two weeks. Then told end of September. I'm just hoping before the end of the year at this point. I'll be more reluctant to order new wedges, driver, and wood/hybrids in the spring because of the delays. No point getting my hopes up again.
