  1. I went with pockets. I like to organized and like to be able to grab my items quickly not having to fish for them. Nothing worse than leaving an item behind and having to walk back to the cart barn to retrieve it! Although I am huge fan of the independent putter slot and all Titleist bags seem to lack that dedicated putter spot. I just like giving mine it's own respect. For now it rides alongside my driver, three wood and hybrid, in the top slot of my 4-way divided, but it longs to be alone!

I voted for dividers because I prefer having the full length so that clubs don't get tangled in the bottom when trying to take out or put them back in
  3. I voted for pockets. The more and better located the less stuff I have to bring in a separate bag.

I like to compartmentalize pockets for wallet, iphone, gloves, balls, sun tan lotion, etc. Easy quick access is important!!

Love my cart bag. But I would love to see 8 big pockets instead of 10 smaller ones. As long as it has Titleist on it, I guess That's enough!

  7. I voted for top divider. I think that’s the most overlooked thing in bag design. Having at least 6 completely separate dividers I think is a must. I also think a scorecard holder is another pocket that’s is very overlooked.

Top dividers. 14 club slots is excessive, 5 or less is too few.
  9. Everyone I know with less than a 14 top divider is anxious at the end of every round over possibly losing a club.

14 is a great number...relieves tension in laboratory golfers.
  10. I want 14+ full length sleeves that do not cave in long before the bag should be replaced. Nothing else matters when this happens. Otherwise, a lot of right sized pockets are what I look for.

Having only 3 or 4 slots makes for too much club chatter, the more the better.

I would like to see bag materials that resist sun fading and dirt. Light would also be a desirable trait. As to everything else, little by little, designs have been improving annually. It seems to me that has been the focus and undoubtedly these improvements are reflective of an understanding that "the bag" is an important playing component.

I like the divider option over the pockets because too many pockets allows for an opportunity to pack stuff I'll probably never use just because I have the room. That extra luggage tends to push into the bag, makes it harder to pull out a club and increases grip wear. If I buy a carry bag I'd like to be able to do it comfortably.

I voted for pockets.but I believe improvements need to be made to putter tubes due to the increased popularity of ov ersiz Ed putter grips. The larger grips can get caught in the bag and become difficult to remove.

Actually, none of the categories is what I would like most. What I really need in my next bag is the ability for it to be in a reclining position at about the same angle as a stand bag when it is mounted on a golf cart (see Ogio Stinger w/RAIL System). I have a spinal disease that limits my ability to lift my head so an erect golf bag mounted on a cart makes it very difficult to identify the club I want to pull since I can't look up that high. I'm sure others, like shorter people, would like this option as well. Build it and I will buy it!

I chose pockets as I think that’s an area ripe for customization.

But something else I’d love to see is choice of stand style. I strongly prefer external actuauation where the base of the bag doesn’t tilt. The current style with the tilting base kicks up the clubs in the lower section and, for me, causes more club tangle.

Would love to see a couple base stand designs (internal and external actuating), a choice of 3 top dividers (4/6/14), and a basic pocket layout with a variety of additional options.
  20. Pocket flexibility is my top interest. Bags need a sufficient pockets for storing and protecting personal items - watch, wallet, glasses, phone, keys, etc - plus others for range finder, balls, tees, water (thermal pocket), plus a large side pocket for collapsible ball retriever, sunscreen, light jacket or rain gear.

    Next would be top dividers.
