I’ve been a loyal Titleist customer for 40+ years and a member of Club Cameron since nearly the beginning. I ordered my 2021 kit on 1/4/2021 and after 6+ weeks of zero communication, I received notice that my kit finally shipped on Monday, 2/15 with a promised delivery of Wednesday, 2/17. I was pumped! Alas, my kit is nowhere to be found. I realize that the weather has been disruptive, but when I inquired about the status with Cameron customer service, I was told that ‘we’ll get back to you in a week or so?’ Not the response I was expecting and certainly not what I’ve come to expect from the Titleist family. I’ve elevated my inquiry up the chain, but I’m very must questioning my brand loyalty. Anybody else experiencing similar frustration?

I did not have any frustrations, just had to be patient. The chatter online has been about delayed shipping, just relax and give it time, it will be there.

Had a similar experience to yours with my kit. Made a few calls into SC studio and got differing answers/explanations. A bit frustrating, for sure. My kit finally showed up last week, even though I ordered the same day as you. It took about six weeks. I too was notified that it had shipped out ship and of the expected delivery date. It took a few days longer to actually arrive. Hang in for another couple days. I bet it shows soon. (It is trackable through FedEx.)

Delivery times across the board at Titleist seem to be the elephant in the room. I too am a Titleist loyalist for a long time and it is not typical of what we have grown to expect from the best customer service in the business. Hopefully, they will straighten it all out soon.

My initial post may have sounded a little ‘tone deaf’ - not my intent! I was a little frustrated by the initial response to my inquiry, but I ultimately got a satisfactory explanation as to what was happening. I think they were overwhelmed by the number of orders they got on 1/4 and shipping is actually done by a third party. I am happy to report that my kit did arrive today and it’s worth the wait. To all those still waiting, I feel your pain, but you will be rewarded with a pretty cool kit.
  6. For what its worth you are not alone and I have shared that very same issue on another post that I started on this very forum...I ordered my 2021 Club Cameron Kit on 1/5 and after 7+ weeks I still have not received mine yet...I remember when I first ordered the kit the website said expect 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...now it says expect 8 to 10 weeks...My fingers are worn out checking everyday on my order status....Glad to see some of my fellow team titleist members have received theirs...So there is hope!!

Same order date - still shows as "Submitted" - I get the delays, and I am a pretty patient dude but this is getting completely ridiculous. At least send an email with an "I'm sorry for the delay...." - Just nada.

Interestingly, they just sent me an email apologizing for continued delays but stating that they now have the backlogged bits in stock and are filling orders again for the Club Cameron kit. They are trying to get the orders shipped within the next few weeks.

    Progress.

I understand the supply chain issues. So it is not the kit that will hold me back from joining in 2022.
It is the inability to buy anything on the Club Cameron website at the releases. Man, that website gets POUNDED and I can not see being a member there as any advantage at all. Hope others here have better luck!

I'm not unappreciative of SC, as the 2021 Phantom 5.5 is the best putter I have ever rolled a ball with!

Agreed with all...ordered mine 1/5 and still waiting. In addition, what they put on their site sells out in minute. I logged on ten minutes after getting an email about new products and everything was sold out. Very frustrating and completely disappointed in SC. Makes me question if I should start looking at new putters too.

The last SC release for the Masters was tough, although the mobile version of the site worked better... enough to get an order through. Maybe a trick for next time!

No need to change putters or brands. This is an issue throughout the industry. Ships are sitting for weeks waiting to be unloaded at the docks overseas and then when they do get to the states the containers have to be unloaded which could take a few more weeks. COVID has taken it's toil throughout the world and has stymied deliveries of products in every industry. Was looking at accessories for Clicgear carts and they posted a disclaimer regarding shipping. No guarantees on delivery. I have been waiting on a new bag, have been staying in top of it by calling every two weeks for over a month and it has been delayed at least three times. I understand and do not blame Titleist or anyone, it is what is going on in the real world and tell them I would not want to be in their shoes. Kudos to them because I know not all their calls are pleasant. What we need to do is show a little empathy. With respect to all involved; the consumer, the Titleist accounts and last but not least all of the Acushnet Company (Titleist, FootJoy, Vokey, Scotty Cameron, Pinnacle). Hakuna matata.

And much to my surprise, I just received an email that my 2021 CC kit has finally shipped. Hopefully more will get a similar note. Just thought I would pass it on.
  18. I have been scotty putter and titleist club fan and placed scotty member ship kit on Jan.
Almost 11 weeks. Nothing. Several status check. Even though I understand all the situation, it seems to me that the company doesn't care about the customer at all. It is not my falut to consider the supply chain and super demand on the kit. They just keep ignoring the customer. No apologies and no update at all. No more to be a customer even though the company doesn't care.

FYI... I ordered mine on 1/5/21 and just received it 4/22/21. Hopefully everyone else gets theirs soon as well.
