I took a putting lesson two years ago and showed up with seven putters. My instructor said, “I think I have this one figured out.”

I can’t help it, though. I should be a better putter than I am. I go to the golf shop, take a putter off the rack, and can’t miss. I’ll buy the putter and get a decent round or two out of it and it will start missing again.

I obsess over shaft length and overall putter weight. My affliction may be in fixable.

I have two SC’s, a blade and a mallet that I can rotate with. I am more of a blade fan but the mallet is beneficial when our greens are slow.

I always seem to end up back at a Newport, but enjoy the journey of trying a new Scotty Cameron, especially a limited edition!

I purchased my first Scotty Cameron Fastback 1.5 in summer of 2011 and in October 2022 I finally decided to purchase a new Scotty Cameron Monoblok 6. My Fastback was in great shape but I made the change because I wanted a larger putter head while sticking in the mallet category. Also, for me I have to love the look of the putter when standing over the ball. Fortunately the Monoblok 6 looks amazing. I get many compliments on it because it was limited edition putter and not many people have seen them. One change I made was to swap out the pistolero grip to the larger Scotty Cameron Large oversized grip - but other than that it is amazing. I don’t expect to make another change for another 10 years if I can.

My two gamers are pretty much identical except for the paint fill, so when she isn't behaving, its off to the closet!

I own 3 Scotty’s and when one is not working I switch for a couple of rounds.

I clicked if my putter isnt behaving but in reality my scotty isnt being moved.... unless i manage to get my hands on one of the new concepts.. which i dont think is going to happen lol

Had some variations of a GoLo or Del Mar for the past 25 years. Every couple of years I would change them out. Recently went to the face balanced Super Select GoLo 6 with head weights and grip end counterbalanced. Do not anticipate changing putters for a long time.

I have 6, but for the last couple of years it really has been a rotation of 2-3.

I have a circle H Del Mar that I generally use early in the season when the greens are a bit slower. Eventually I move into the California Hollywood for a while and then for the last 10+ years I usually use the California Coronado. If I start putting badly then I will work my way backwards but last few years I haven't had to put my starter in jail too often.

I seem to always go searching for the perfect putter when things seem to be going sideways.
Always go back to my Futura 6M. I know I need a little bit of help but there is nothing out there better than the current gamer.

Time for a grip change at the Gallery and some putting mirror work...all is good!!!

Since switching to my scotty I haven't changed since. It's the person driving and not the car as they say

I’ve voted “never” as I was fitted for a Scottie a couple of years back and now have no reason the change.
Although perhaps a lot of money, I would fully recommend a fitting.

Got a new putter when I started competing just before high school, and only switched after becoming a professional and going through an in depth fitting. Until Quintic tells me otherwise, I like to get comfortable with one putter and stick with it.

Ive been a NP2 player for a number of years. Recently switched to the NP2.5+ and use that if Im playing a competitive round. If Im participating in a special event or a scramble event of some kind then Im likely to bring along a limited release putter or a mallet, just for fun. In the poll I selected "every few rounds" but that isn't necessarily because I am looking for something different, rather as a result of the circumstances of who Im playing the round with or what the goal of the event/round may be.

I only changed after I realized a 34 inch putter was a bit too short for me and making my back hurt after putting practice. Right now I’m rocking a bettinardi studio stock but might switch over to Scotty since my school has an account with titleist.

I have had my png Anser for 30 years, with a last re-grip last week
I have periodically looked at other putters, but when comparing them to my png they have not matched up
I will be looking at the putters in the Pro’s Shop tomorrow to see what if anything comes near to my png

One should always be open to change but make decisions based on results

Sometimes I leave the 4 iron out of the bag and carry 2 putters….
