I received my white box of 3 balls. I took them out to my course and player two balls on each hole . My reg. ball the prov 1 and the new ball ,some hits with each went about the same other times the test ball went a little farther. I envojed playing with them they sound gool ,play good and hold up. I still have 2 left after 5 rounds.

I was really surprised to get the three PV1 test balls in the mail. I was happy to try one out at my course, and I was really unhappy when I lost it on the 69th hole. 68 holes with the same ball is fine with me. The new ball did, in fact, pass the first test.

I just received my first little white box from titleist in the mail about 2 weeks ago. What a thrill, but the best was yet to come. last week I took them to the course and played heads up with a Titleist Pro V1. Consistently I got +20 yards with the test balls.

James,
I could not agree more!!! The little white box gives me complete understanding of how my girl feels when I give her something in a Tiffany's light blue box . The BEST accessory gift ever!
Thank you very much TITLEIST

thanks titleist for the #1 red ball. started testing yesterday along with my current ball prov1x. I walk 9 holes every day at my local muni. yesterday I took the #1red ball and my prov1x and hit each one off the tee, iron shot, wedge if I missed the green and then putt out. which ever ball went the longest I would pick up the other and hit the next two shots from the same spot. on the long par 5's I would hit 4 tee balls to make sure of any slight miss hits..also around the greens I would do the same with different wedges and different types of shots. today I will do the same. by then I will get a pretty good idea of the difference. I love the current prov1x because of the less spin off the tee but it still reacts around the green like a pro v1. I am a ryan palmer type player ( low flight).hope titleist will let me know if the new prov1x is the ball I,m now testing email me please thanks carl taylor carlm348@verizon.net

I was actually as pleased to open the box. I actually played with one this past Saturday (yes, just one ...did not lose a ball!). Shot 71 (one under) at Spartanburg Country Club! Would say while the prototype felt a little light coming off the driver, it reacted perfectly with irons. A little less spin if i missed the green (did not happen much this Saturday). Will judge next weekend and a few more times, but early response: Good ball!

I received my the other day. Played them yesterday and liked the feel and distance. They didn't spin back as much as the Pro V1x do - which is good.
Can't wait to play them against next weekend. 2 rounds scheduled.

Got mine in the mail the other day. Played 3 rounds with the balls and shot -2, 73, 73 with them! Ball seems to fly further, feels better coming off the club face, and gets a great amount of spin around the greens! Cant wait for the balls to come out so i can buy more!!
Thank you Team Titleist!

I received mine on the 9th as well, I have had the opportunity to play 3 rounds with these balls all ready.
I have to say Titleist you have won my heart back - what ever this ball is I need to know what it is and when is it available.
This ball is soft and powerful off the driver and provides accurate straight drives, even if miss hit with heavy rotation on the ball it seems to right it self and straighten out, just incredible
This ball is confident around the greens - I did not see any indication of high spin - yet the ball checks and stops nicely. It also seemed to reduce my divots on the green .
I compared this test ball to the following balls
cally - SR2 which I had been playing
cally - Chrome
bstone - B330 tour
This ball out performed all of them in every category except spin - now that could just be my game, I did not have any problem holding the greens either so for me it is a mute point.
So Titleist great job and please let me know the details

I thought the test ball went a bit longer than the Pro V1x. Not sure about it around the greens yet. I’ll try them out again this week. I also wonder as Kieth M asked how many “placebo” balls were sent out.

Got my balls a week ago and had a chance to hit them. They to me are farther than the previous model but still have the soon control. Love them!
