  1. I ordered a set of 620 CB’s late July. I was told the S300 shafts would be available by mid August. Does anyone have any updates on shaft availability?

  2. Ordered May 14th arrived Aug 19. They feel great and I can't wait to game them this weekend. These delays are everywhere. My proshop can't get grips and selection on things like wedges and putters are down to a minimum.
  3. What's amazing to me is that there are people receiving their new irons that were fit and orders just 3 weeks ago yet people like me that ordered in early July have no idea when we will get our new irons.

And I ordered mine without grips with AMT shafts.........

Heck, my fitter with 25 yrs with Titleist can't get his which were ordered a few days earlier than mine in July.

What also seems to be true is that there are elite amateurs who can't get theirs either.

Yet, randomly, Joe average is getting normal delivery times. There doesn't seem to be any order to this stuff.

I know all of the club manufacturers are dealing with this. I guess I just expect Titleist to figure it out - soon please.

From a recent chat I had with Titleist, it seems they make the standard loft/lies first and ship them out. So, if you have changes to the standard, you will wait longer than someone who was fitted more recently and was fitted for the standard head.

Not exactly how it works. I just went on a tour of the club assembly in Carlsbad a few weeks ago. Each build station bends individual clubs as they do the assembly. Pretty much every order is custom, even if no adjustments are made. The key to when an order starts is having all the specific components needed for that build. If a particular head is not available, or a particular shaft, those orders stay in the queue. Once all the components can be gathered, the order is pushed through one of the assembly stations. They do have stations that are focused on standard spec production for stock in stores but that should have peaked by now and most all orders are individual custom. It hard for them to quote recovery times as so many different shafts and grips are on backorder with countries not shipping due to COVID closures and little information from those suppliers as to when they can get parts over here.

Great info. Thanks. Just quoting what the rep told me over chat. Wonder if it’s different if Titleist isn’t assembling the clubs…From what I understand, Club Champion is assembling my clubs since the shafts I ordered aren’t in the Titleist options list and I believe Club Champion also trues the shafts before assembly…I’m completely new to all this custom fitting, so I’m just piecing together what I’m getting from the two organizations. In the end, COVID seems like it will dictate what happens and when with supply chains, materials, and shipping lines all affected…we’ll see.

Read in our newspaper Sunday that shipping industry trying to find some relief with the shipping issues from the far east; ships sitting off shore there, ships sitting waiting to be loaded, sitting on the West coast waiting to be unloaded, going thru the Panama Canal. They are exploring going another route to cut the shipping from 13 weeks plus to 3-5 weeks and bring some of the products worldwide thru the East coast. If this plan works it could bring relief to every industry in the US.
  8. Thought I would drop a comment here just in case anyone ordered something similar to me and wants info re: status. I ordered T200's with DG X7's on 7/31. Original ship date quoted was 8/26. Apparently the shafts are backordered but they expect new shipments soon. I was told they would ship "within a few weeks". We will see what that means.

So, if you are one of what I assume are a small number of people that ordered a set with X7's, that is the hold up.
  9. Placed a pre-order for new T100/T200 and T200 Utility combo set in July. Was quoted delivery time of late August, which was then updated to mid September and again updated to end of September. Has anyone actually received their pre-order clubs?

  10. I pre ordered the day they were available to be ordered. I was told then it was likely going to be October ish. So while I eagerly check here, my hopes were already crushed when I was told that :/

What shafts did you get? That along with grips are the big delay.
  12. Red tour velvet and the kbs stiff :/ I believe both are the hold up from what I’ve read.

  14. Today I am over it I will never let someone else order my clubs I have no one to call at Titleist. I got fitted they order clubs they deal with a rep at Titleist that can make things happen, he said I have 25 years with Titleist i will get them, your clubs will be here in your hands in 2 weeks. Well lets say going on week five no one answers over there i have no info to give Titleist to find anything out. Worse experience ever it just shows Reps are full of it anything to sell a club I believed him. I should of took the info and ordered myself at least then i can look and get some answers. Being in the dark sucks. I cant change anything to speed up cause by them its all there. if that's the case why is everyone I know have there clubs. Like I said in the beginning learning lesson don't trust no one.

Just ordered some new sm8’s last week 54* and 58*, replacing some old sm4’s. Anyone know how long it’s been typically taking to ship.

  17. I ordered a 50 1* upright with s400 shaft and was shipped within a week. S300 shafts are a different story. S300 shafts are way out on backorder.
  18. Ordered custom fitted t200s on 18th August just been told delivery is looking like 2nd week of october.
  19. I pre ordered the new T300s on 7/29 after fitting at PGA Superstore. I walked through the online order process with the fitter and nothing was listed as back ordered. I shouldn't have trusted them. On 8/3 I received a confirmation with an expected shipping date of 8/31. After that day passed I checked with PGA Superstore and they followed up with Titleist. Now being told won't ship until late October, which coincides with the end of the season where I live. I'm thinking about just cancelling the order. In my opinion there is no excuse for bringing new clubs to market when you can't deliver them. If I had read all the problems that people here were having with getting prior generation clubs I would have gone another route. That's my mistake, but I won't make another one with Titleist again.

if they don't have the parts (waiting on grips or even shafts) they really can't do anything and its not just Titleist ALL of the industry is having the same issues.

I am also waiting on KBS shafts to come back in stock but CS told me they should have arrived last week and hopefully get the irons next week

I was just at my local Golf Galaxy, which has not been very well stocked since COVID hit. For the last months they’ve only had a set of T100 irons, T300 irons, and T400 irons. Today, they had a set of the new T200 irons. So, at least we know they have been making them and shipping them!
  23. 24 weeks exactly from March 9 order date...I received my custom T300's... of the OLD model. Wish Titleist would have just sharpied "sorry" on the box....instead of nothing....and I wasn't even provided with shipping info. They just showed up. Glad they got to the right address and my irons aren't being played by someone else in the neighborhood or a neighboring town...on my dime. Disappointed in this experience. But love my irons.

Update on my order. I ordered my T200 irons the first week in August. Just got word they have shipped and will arrive at the Club Champion HQ in Chicago on 15 September to be assembled. The shafts and grips I ordered are already there, so they just need to be assembled and shippped…hopefully I’ll see them before Thanksgiving!

Got fitted on August 21, 2021 at my local Club Champion for T200 irons. Notified yesterday that Club Champion is scheduled to receive my heads on September 14, 2021. They already have my shafts and grips, so should just need to assemble and ship! Hopefully we’ll see them with a couple of weeks now!

Ordered just heads for T200 irons on 8/22. Told they will arrive at Club Champion in Chicago for assembly on 9/15. They already have my shafts and grips, so just need to assemble and ship. Hope that only takes a week or so...

Had a custom fit session on 16th August and ordered a custom build set of T100S.

Was told they were expecting heads on 3rd Sept and I could collect 48hrs after.

It’s now 9th Sept, club builder still hasn’t received heads from Titleist??

Any news on when? Anyone else in same situation???

  28. Well I finally get an email today after being told my clubs shipped Last Friday. Now they didn’t ship and the good news is they don’t even have no heads this is so wonderful they have no idea when I will get the clubs now and hopefully I won’t here the shafts are all gone and this point just send the heads

Ordered T200s on 8/6 was told everything was in stock and it would be "two weeks" 3 weeks ago. Asked yesterday while I was in the pro shop and the pro hasn't been invoiced yet and added that the ship date was last week of September or first week of October.

Trying to be patient. Hoping they come in before the grass goes dormant.
