  1. Ordered T200's with DG X7's on 7/31/2021. Checked my order status online today (as I do every day, lol) to see that my order status has changed from "In Progress" to "Other".

I've ordered plenty of clubs from Titleist and this is a first for me. My fitter is on leave and my club is closed for three weeks for overseeding so I have no avenue of figuring out what this means for a while. Last time I called Titleist directly for something about this order they told me to contact my club or fitter.

Anybody seen this before? Super cryptic. I know the shafts have been the hold up for my order thus far but this feels like I am being placed in purgatory. Hopefully someone has better news for me and tells me this means my clubs will ship soon!

I’ve been told by the high street retailer I ordered my custom T100 irons from on 25 August that last week my order disappeared from the tracking spreadsheet issued by Titleist each week which means they must be ready to ship. I’m now a week down the line and the irons still haven’t been delivered to the retailer and Titleist haven’t responded to their follow up emails. Has anyone had a similar experience and in a position to give any guidance on when they might turn up? Failing that could one of the admins able to contact me and provide more clarity. Thanks

  3. I was fitted in mid April and placed an order for the t200 irons 4-PW, 52, 56, 60. I was originally told 3-5 weeks placing the expected delivery date in early June. I have tried following up with the person who fitted me but his response has been that everything is on backorder. I understand the potential for delays with supply chain issues but didn't expect to get to mid October without receiving my order. Living in the northeast I doubt that I'll be able to use these clubs once this season which is disappointing but the lack of communication or response from titleist has been the real kicker. I'll happily use these clubs but likely won't be going through titleist again after this debacle.

While most of this is me ranting, any suggestions on what I can do from here?

Hearing that your T200 from April still hasn't been fulfilled doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about receiving mine this year, having ordered in August.

As a customer, I'm very disappointed, but cognizant of that all manufacturers are struggling with supply chain issues. The "just in time" method was never designed to handle this level of disruption.

Taking off my customer hat and putting on my Acushnet shareholder hat, I'm appalled that in 18 months this couldn't be figured out and effective and transparent communication couldn't be shared with customers. As a shareholder, I expect the company to generate value, and right now isn't it.

    Hi

I ordered my T100s irons at the end of August 2021 and sadly its now October 18th 2021 and still nothing.

I know there are issues with some components not being available but that I'd like is some rough estimate when my clubs are going to be shipped or delivered.

Can anybody from Titleist in the UK shed any light when custom orders will be delivered or a stock update.

    Thanks

    Scott

Scott - I have a thread in the UK section for the T200 irons.

Titleist have said that they are getting heads in on Monday 25th Oct and that build times are 27 working days.

I am gueesing that this would be T100/s, 200, and 300 heads.

I have been told to expect mine by mid-December and I ordered on 11th Sept.

    See here - www.titleist.co.uk/.../t200-irons---due-mid-december-for-me

    Hi

Well my irons arrived Friday (mostly). I received my T100 set of 4 thru GW with ProjectX 6.0 LZ shafts less the 4 iron. Apparently the 4 iron shaft did not come in with their latest allocation from True Temper so the smart rep I spoke with at Titleist recommended splitting the order so I would receive the rest of the clubs now. I will get the 4 iron later when available.

I placed the order through my club in June for the old T100 model and Titleist transitioned it to the new design.

Same situation here.. Got my 4i T200 two weeks ago and awaiting the 5i-PW T100S in KBS $ Taper!
  9. Curious if anybody else has recently ordered the t300 full set with true temper red Amt shaft 2 degrees up 1/2 longer with 4x wraps? If so how long was the wait?

I ordered my 5-PW T100’s in August. I also ordered a T200 4 iron. The 4 iron showed up two weeks ago but not the T100’s. The guy i ordered from said Titleist was expecting new club heads on October 18th and new shafts October 25th with a ship date around first week of November. Its so up and down. I ordered a T200 utility 2 iron and it arrived in 4 days.
  11. I ordered 4-6 T200 and 7-W T100s on 8/27/21. I was informed at the time that there would be a delay on the shafts (NIP Pro Modus 125). They arrived on 10/25/21. Not to bad. I wasn't expecting them to use this season anyway.

That's promising news, ordered my T-100s on 30 Aug 21, hopefully they will arrive soon, although I think Titleist is experiencing even longer delays with left hand irons.

I called a week ago and rep told me the lefty 100S heads are in but my delay is due to shaft selection (TT DG x100).

That's good info, hoping to see clubs in the next 2-3 weeks, going with the Mitsubishi Tensei White Am2 shaft, at this point wish they would just send the clubs, Grips4less and a coupe other sites have the shafts in stock. Not a very patient man, what can I say.

I have ordered T300's and one Vokey wedge on September 8th. Clubs are 2 degrees flat with Nippon Modus tour 105 Stiff.
I had PGATSS check into the order today and it looks like it is going to be a January arrival.

Anyone have any idea when titleist will update the component information list. It is currently 25th Oct and says it will be updated weekly. I would like some idea of what is and isn't available so when I go for a fitting I can try things that I might get before the new season starts. Looking at some of the posts 13-14 weeks is not unusual and might put me off ordering from titleist and going elsewhere.

How could it be possible that my order that was placed back in September is still "In Progress?" I mean there wasn't anything special about my order. KBS Shafts? They shouldn't be in a container somewhere in the Pacific

    Help!

I am in same boat. I placed an order in September.

Partial of my order is delayed for shaft shortage, even though, I was confirmed by Titleist twice for production time. Funny thing is I received partial of my order with same shaft.

At this point, I believe it when I see it.

Golfinnut, anything yet? I just placed a similar order and was told mid-March for KBS Tour 90 shafts with T200's. Am thinking of switching to XP-95 shafts (early Feb). Anyone with insight your feedback is appreciated! thanks.
  20. Ordered T300's Sept 9, 2021. Still no idea when they will be delivered. My brother-in-law ordered cally's in October had them delivered and has played several rounds with them. If I don't get these clubs by spring, I'm going to seriously consider cancelling and staying with the clubs I currently have. I'm starting to loose my excitement for new clubs. Geeezzzz
  21. Title says it all. I ordered clubs on 7th of october and im losing patience :( Has someone else waited this long/longer?

I ordered August 6th, I know there are others that ordered before me. I'm not losing patience, mine is lone gone.
  24. Anyone have experience and success switching shafts to expedite their order? Someone suggested going from a KBS Tour 90 to a PX95. Anyone have experience with these shafts, do they play similar? Thanks.
  25. I was told by Titleist customer service that if I changed shafts I would go to the back of the queue. I certainly don't want to start all over again!
  26. Jim, this ended up working out for me. I had originally ordered T200's with KBS Tour 90 shafts. I was told mid-March at the earliest due to shaft delays. The local Titleist rep. told my fitter the comparable True Temper XP95 shafts were in stock and my order would be done early Feb. My clubs arrived today, about 10 days from the day I ordered them. Good luck, hope you get yours soon.

I am waiting for Vokey wedge, and I got update.
It will be delay because Nippon shaft vendor has kicked out PO by Titleist. How can vendor do that?
Titleist is one of their biggest accounts.

I ordered two replacement SM8 BS wedges with Nippon N.S. Pro 880 AMC Chrome shafts (54/12D and 58/12D bent to 59) through 2nd Swing on 28 Oct. They were delivered Monday, 10 Jan to my home. May wait for spring to actually put them in play, so I can properly determine distances. 2nd Swing did provide updates on the status during the wait, so I knew not to expect them before the holidays. Did not want to wait for the general release of the SM9s.

Hopefully, I can get mind in Feb. 2022

I hit (and fell in love with) a TSI2 driver with a regular shaft at the PGA Tour Superstore in Rancho Mirage on December 30th. Of course after hitting the demo, the guy tells me they don’t actually have one in stock. He looked into it and the delivery time was late February. On my way back to the house I stopped in at another store that had two clubs, one with the 9 degree head, and one with the regular shaft. Some quick work with the tool and I had the club I needed. Whew!

  32. Hey ppl just wondering what peoples experiences are delivery times for a set of irons. I know all depends stock levels, I’ve been waiting nearly 7 weeks which is so long when I’m eager to get my hands on them and dial my game in for new season. Currently I’m playing miz mp69 which is a pretty unforgiving blade although these clubs are excellent for solid ball striking I’m hoping these t100 are even better with more forgivness and control.

Don,tunderstand the 8 week lead time for standard order plus another four weeks for almost any shaft that fits you (not an up charge). I just ordered some T100s, I am told mid to end of March. I am thinking of moving to PXG clubs, made in USA and $50 cheaper per club for 311 series. I think it’s more than supply chain issue. Have been noticing woods heads made in China and Hybrid heads made in Viet Nam. Is Titleist moving manufacturing to Viet Nam? May be that’s the real delay.

PXG assembles in the US. Same as Titleist. I'd call them to ask what country they source their heads from.

Its the shafts and other components.. Spoken to friends at KBS and they dont have hardly any shafts in stock!
  36. Was fit on Oct. 19th and ordered T200 (6) and T100s (7-P). I got an offer for my Hogans I couldn't refuse and sold them obviously before the new set was ready. So for a couple months now I've played 6 iron then Vokey SM8 gap wedge while I wait on the T100s. I don't play much this time of year—9 or 18 per week—so it's not a huge deal. Here's to hoping the other clubs come through before end of March.

Side note—I'm getting pretty good at chippy, creative, punchy 6 irons.
