When I step up to the first tee, golf ball in hand, I usually show my playing partner a Pro V1 with the number 1 and pink dots. As for Team Titleist Staff member Rick V., it's always a high number on his Pro V1x. And Team Titleist Manager Mike D. prefers to see the number 9 on his Pro V1x. So in our latest quick poll, we want to know ... what's your play number preference? Vote below and feel free to share the story (or superstition) behind your play number. I would play with a 70 on my ball.Lowest score at Accushnet RV -2.Just too lazy to custom order my proV1s. This is the best idea I have seen from a ball company. It just makes me try harder to shoot a 69 or even lower.!! It can be done by just playing with the BEST ball in golf. From when u tee off until that ball hits the bottom of the HOLE..! You can trust that proV1 or proV1x will STOP SPIN or ROLL when u want it to..So if u are reading this and you don't play TITLEIST.. I suggest u try a few times.. I can guarantee you will LOWER your score.! Just give them a chance and learn what these balls can DO....AMAZING....!!! Bill Beaulieu... GREATEST GAME ever PLAYED

It has to be a 1 or 2 or 3. Never a 4. I do not have a good reason other than 4 is just bad luck.
1 - can mean lots of 1 puts today.
2 - represents hitting lots of fairways and greens.
3 - means birdie barrage on the par 4's - maybe an eagle.

I play the high numbers. My reason is that a majority of other players like the low numbers. I mark my own ball and when I combine it with a high number there is no error in identifying the ball.

51 is where I'm at. Just liked the number since 1964 Rose Bowl

I play #36, I was my baseball number.... I will also have some custom printing on the side such as KevOne as to not have to mark up my ball

I play a Pro V1x Red 4. I got my hole in one with a Titleist 4 so thats the number I have stuck with and I like red numbers!
Avery TLucas, TX
Low numbers 1-4. Never want to score more than a 4 on any hole.

15 -- for the number of Alabama football national championships.

The only thing that matters to me is that it says Titleist above the number.

I like the low #'s, especially the number 3 , pro v 1x, with 3 red dots, one on either side of the titleist logo and one dot under the logo and a red alignment line.
